Evolution Catering will provide tickets to the convener to provide to their guests. The amount of tickets provided would be added to the bill. The tickets will be provided by Evolution Catering the day of the event

Corkage Bar

(Convener provides the liquor / Available Off Season Only November - March)

Convener provides liquor, as well as a AGLC Private Special Event Liquor License from liquor store where liquor was purchased from, for resale or non sale.

*This license must be posted at the bar for the duration of the event.

Convener provides a float, if needed, as well as sets price for beverages.

Evolution Catering Corkage fees are as follows:

No Cost Corkage Bar - a gratuity of 15% per drink based at $6.00 per drink will apply.

Evolution Catering bartenders will keep a count of shots/ servings served to determine this amount.

Ticketed Corkage Bar - a gratuity of $0.90 per ticket redeemed at the bar will apply

Convener to provide tickets and a ticket seller if a ticket bar is chosen.

Wine on Table Corkage Fee – Per Bottle $5
